 What happens?

✨ Walk into a high vibration space, candles lit, incense burning & music softly welcoming you in.

✨ Allow us to cleanse you with sacred smoke as you enter

✨ Pour yourself a cup of water or tea

✨ Choose a seat & get yourself comfortable

✨ Once everyone arrives we will begin with the pouring of our Reiki infused Cacao (Prepared with Coconut/Almond milk)

✨ We take some time to set our intentions on our cups

✨ You'll then be invited to select an affirmation card and have some time to journal about how it resonates with you.

✨ Finally when we have all had time to finish our Cacao, we will begin our sound healing journey.

✨ During your meditation our co-facilitator will move around the room and give you some energy balancing non-contact Reiki.

 Why we do this

We started this journey with women's circles and soon realised that to really change the outlook of our futures into a safe space to live in, we have to reach more people including men. Although there are variations in discussion topics when it comes to a mixed circle the aim is still the same. We want to teach people how to lead from a heart space. To not only be heard but to also learn to hold space for others. Healing wounds and having a safe space to discuss themes that affect us all, and discussing how we are going to change the way the world sees us one person at a time. After all, we need to be the change we want to see in the world.

 Who are we?

We are a husband and wife duo who spend our lives working with people to get them where they need to be. Allowing the souls of this world to find their voice, their truth and their purpose.

We believe that before we spread our wings and pass the torch, it is important to heal our wounds. From this life, our past lives and our ancestral wounds.

We do this by opening our space to those who are looking to expand, do the work and hold space for others. 

You will feel heard, collaborate, learn and develop yourself through shared wisdom.

We take the empowered, spiritual and metaphysical approach and combine that with our everyday experiences.

 About your facilitator

 Hello you beautiful souls, I'm Aya a spiritual woman first and foremost. I spend most of my time practising and educating myself on the different methods, avenues, theories and philosophies of the universe. Our miraculous existence is ever-expanding and knows no bounds. This is why every one of us has our own path to lead.

I was guided by spirit to share my experiences and create new ones with my fellow women after spending a lot of time meditating and listening, in the hopes of opening new avenues of expression to you, my sisters.

I absolutely cannot wait to share with you and learn from you at our next circle and set out on this path of self-discovery.

Hello Brothers & Sisters, I'm Andrew a heart and soul-driven man who is focused on expanding the minds of men. Transforming us from the age of "Toxic Masculinity" to really leading from a heart space and embracing the beauty of our Divine Masculinity.  The first step we must take is to accept our vulnerabilities and embrace one another's true authentic selves, without the hard exterior shells we have lived in for far too long. It is here that we learn what loving ourselves really means, which in turn allows us to shine our lights outwardly and help others. I know just how much we need spaces like these and I cannot wait to hold space for you and with you.
